In addition to longer delivery times, some shipping vendors have waived guaranteed overnight, 1 day, and 2-day delivery as well as signature requirements. What this means to you is that you need to ensure a safe location for your delivery and that you should not expect overnight shipping.

Shipping Policy


Standard Shipping Costs (United States Only)

Our standard shipping charge for items within the contential United States is $10.00 US Dollars. Standard shipping is typically provided by USPS and can be tracked at www.USPS.com.
Some order may ship via DHL at our discretion or upon request for an additional charge. Orders shipped with DHL can be tracked here: https://www.dhl.com/

International Shipping

Shipping costs will be estimated upon checkout. If the actual cost exceeds the estimated costs at checkout, we will contact you prior to shipment for approval.


Shipping Times

Your order will ship within 48-72 hours of ordering and you'll receive updates via email. If you don't receive any emails within 72 hours, please call +1(586) 296-6116 with your order number to inquire about status.

Keep in mind that most shipping partners are closed on Federal holidays. You can track your order directly via their website, once your order has shipped.

Returns

The following returns policy applies to all items sold on www.pdhobbyshop.com.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may choose to return your purchase within 30 days of purchase, for a store credit. You may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or original packing slip. We will happily exchange the item(s) or issue you a store credit for a future purchase. 

An item not marked as non-returnable on the product detail page is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase subject to the following requirements: 

  • Item must be in original, un-opened package and not physically damaged at the time of delivery.
  • Item must be complete and not be missing any parts or accessories.
  • Item must match excatly what was ordered.
  • Return shipping cost is to be paid by the purchaser of the item. 
  • Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Electrical items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
